  • My approach to leader development

    I work with client organisations to design and deliver bespoke leadership programmes. These are aimed at high potential groups, and strongly promotes application of knowledge into the workplace. There is also an emphasis on developmental feedback, with participants receiving feedback from multiple sources and over time.  All programmes are typically supported by:

    • Pre- and Post 360/multi-rater feedback
    • Psychometric assessment and feedback e.g. MBTI, TKI, FIRO-B, SDI, Hogan, StrengthsFinder etc.
